ARCHITECTS/SENIOR ARCHITECTS

You will plan, design and implemented building projects such as residential developments, commercial, complexes, park and other related facilities. You will produce high quality architectural designs and concepts and/or assist in the design work. You will liaise with the clients, other consultants and the local authorities (of the respective countries), and work with the local Architect in the authorities' submission, projects execution, coordination and on-site construction supervision

You should posses a good degree in Architecture with 2-8 years of architectural experience and have a strong flair for design. You should have a good project management, excellent communication an co-ordination, skills,great conceptualization and presentation skills. You should be a great team player who possesses the ability to set,lead and package exciting designs in a fast-paced environment. You should have experienced in commercial and hospitality designing, and preferably have knowledge in design projects across different cultures. You should be competent in Autocad, 3D Max/Viz, Photoshop an Powerpoint.
